Dee's labors on our behalf we Herculean. When we decided to sell the house -- coming out of a tough rental situation into a turning market -- we had no idea what to expect. Throughout the process, she was professional, attentive, and kind.

She put as much effort into overseeing work on the house and managing the sale as if it were her own. Throughout the process, she communicated constantly and took charge whenever things were off track (she spent HOURS in a Home Depot waiting for appliances to be ready for delivery...even got us a free range hood). Every single recommendation she made to us worked out and we always felt we could trust her counsel.

We're not local anymore, so we needed someone who could completely take charge of the process and be our eyes and ears (and brain) down in Hampton. To be honest, going into it I didn't realize what I big ask that was...and thank goodness because I never would've imagined anyone living up in the way Dee did. Her work was miraculous.

Albeit Dee was chosen for me through the Friends & Family Program, she was the perfect match for me in all ways necessary to achieve my goal. Dee knows the market, the area, the plants, she is a wealth of knowledge.

My overall sales experience was fabulous! As I mentioned, Dee knew what I wanted with regards to my home purchase preference and she did everything within her reach to match that requirement. As it turned out, for me, Dee got me everything I asked for and for that I am thankful. She put me in front of the right property at the right time!!!
